Kenworth Truck Key Replacement On Site
A Kenworth parked without a key holds up a load and a schedule. We bring the key shop to the truck. Our van carries blanks for the T680, T800 and W900 and for other Kenworth models, and we cut on the spot.
Call with the model and year. We’ll confirm what the truck takes and head to the yard or truck stop where it’s sitting. Our car and truck key work is described on the car key replacement page.
Most Kenworth ignition and door keys are plain metal keys cut to a code. Some newer trucks add a chip that has to be programmed. We’ll go over which one applies to yours before we leave.

Lost or Stolen Kenworth Keys
If the only key is lost, we cut a replacement from the lock or by code. For an owner-operator we check a license and registration. For a company truck we ask for something showing you’re authorized to have a key made.
If a key was stolen, rekeying is the sure fix on plain-key trucks. We change the ignition and door locks to a new cut, and the old key is useless. On chip-equipped trucks we can also clear the old key electronically.
Broken Kenworth Keys
Truck keys bend and crack from years on a heavy ring. If one breaks, keep the pieces for us to copy. A piece left in the ignition comes out first, and then the new key is cut.
Call (484) 891-1922 with the Kenworth’s year and model and where it’s parked. We’ll confirm we have the blank and go over pricing and an estimated arrival time. We cover the Lehigh Valley from Easton to Kutztown, including Kutztown and Fogelsville.
