We will have a replacement key in stock and someone who is able to deliver it to you if your key was lost or stolen.  An extra layer of security called the immobilizer has now been added to most Dodge models after 1998. This layer communicates with a special chip that is found inside your key which allows the key to respond with a recognized code to the car, or the car will not start even if though the key may turn in the ignition.
