Chevrolet Key Replacement Across the Lehigh Valley
Chevy keys are a daily job for us. Silverado, Malibu, Equinox, Impala, Tahoe, Cruze: we carry blanks and fobs for most of them and program them at your vehicle. Our car key replacement page lists the other makes we work on.
You don’t need to get the car to us. We drive to your home or to the parking lot where the key went missing, and the Chevrolet leaves under its own power when we’re done.
Newer Chevrolets use a flip key or a push-button fob, and the blade is a high-security cut with a groove milled along the side. Standard key machines can’t make that cut. The cutter in our van can, and the programmer pairs the chip to the car afterward.

Lost or Stolen Chevrolet Keys
A Chevy with no keys left isn’t stuck for long. We decode the lock or look up the key code, cut a blade, and program it to the immobilizer. Since the late 1990s most Chevrolets have had a chip in the key, and the engine shuts off or won’t crank if the chip is missing or wrong.
If the key was stolen, tell us. While programming, we can wipe the old key from the system so it can’t start the truck or car. Rekeying the door locks is an option on top of that, and it stops the old blade from turning.
Broken Chevrolet Keys
Worn Chevy keys often snap right where the blade meets the plastic head. Bring both parts to the van. We read the cuts off the old blade and make a clean copy.
If the key broke off inside the ignition or door, leave it there. We pull broken pieces without taking the lock apart on most jobs. See broken key extraction.
Some older Camaros and Corvettes use a VATS key with a resistor pellet in the blade. We test the pellet value and match it. Bring the old key if you have it, even if it stopped working.
Call (484) 891-1922 and give us the year, make and model, plus your location. You’ll get pricing and availability first, then an estimated time of arrival. There is no added charge for an emergency.
Why a Spare Chevy Key Is Worth Having
Copying a key you still have is far less work than replacing one that’s gone. If you’re down to a single key for your Chevrolet, a spare made now saves you the lost-key job later.
We serve drivers in Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton, and out to towns like Northampton and Nazareth. Our work is backed by a guarantee against factory defects and craftsmanship.
