Most Jaguars use a laser-cut blade with a track milled into its face, and the newer ones start with a button and a fob. For the models we support, the van has the high-security cutter and the programming equipment.

Lost or Stolen Jaguar Keys

A Jaguar’s immobilizer checks the key electronically every time the car starts. When all keys are lost, the new key has to be cut and then programmed to the car. Have the registration or title and your license ready, since we verify ownership before making any key.

If the key was stolen, ask about erasing it. On supported models we can remove the old key from the car’s memory so it no longer starts the engine, and we can rekey the door lock.

Broken Jaguar Keys

If the key or fob case broke, keep everything, including the small blade tucked inside the fob. The pieces give us the cuts and sometimes the working electronics too.
