Lincoln Car Key Replacement
Automotive Locksmith
Top Rated Nationally, But Local To You
We make Lincoln keys at the car, from the Town Car and Navigator to the MKZ, MKX and newer models. The locksmith arrives with Lincoln blanks and fobs and the machines to cut and program them. Our car key replacement page has the full list of makes.
Many Lincolns have a keypad on the driver’s door. Knowing the code gets you inside, and you still need a programmed key or fob to start the engine. That second part is where we come in.
Lincoln shares its key systems with Ford. Older models take an edge-cut chip key. Later ones use a laser-cut blade, and most recent Lincolns start with a button and a proximity fob. Each type is cut or programmed with different equipment, and our van carries it.

Lost or Stolen Lincoln Keys
The anti-theft system looks for a coded chip in the key, and the engine won’t run without one it knows. With all keys lost, we cut a key from the lock or code and program it into the car where it’s parked.
A stolen key can be wiped from the system at the same time. We program the keys you’re holding and leave the missing one out. If you’d like the door lock changed so the old blade can’t open it, we rekey that too.
Broken Lincoln Keys
Keep a broken key, since the pieces let us copy the cuts directly. If the fob is the problem and the car still starts, you may only be looking at a battery or a new case. The key fob replacement page explains more.
