Saab Car Key Replacement
Automotive Locksmith
Top Rated Nationally, But Local To You
Saab owners tend to keep their cars, and since the company closed in 2011, keys have become harder to source. We work on Saab keys from a mobile van. For pricing and availability, call with the year, make and model, such as a 2008 Saab 9-3 or an older 900.
Saab did things its own way, right down to putting the ignition between the front seats. The keys are just as particular. Our car key replacement page shows the makes we cover most.
Older Saabs use a laser-cut blade with a chip in the head. Later 9-3 models use a fob that slides into a slot instead of a traditional key. Either one has to be matched electronically to the car, which is why we confirm your exact model first.

Lost or Stolen Saab Keys
If you have no working key, tell us that up front. An all-keys-lost Saab is a bigger job than adding a spare, and we’d sooner explain it honestly than guess. Have your license and the registration or title available.
Where we can program the car, a stolen key is removed from its memory at the same time. The door lock can be rekeyed so the old blade stops working.
Broken Saab Keys
Keep every part of a broken Saab key, including the plastic shell. The blade gives us the cuts, and the electronics inside may still be good. If the car still has one working key, getting a spare made now is far easier than waiting until it’s the last one.
Call (484) 891-1922 once you have the Saab’s year and model. If the key is available, we’ll go over pricing and an estimated arrival time. We serve Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton and towns like Coopersburg and Emmaus.
