Apartment and car lockouts downtown
Center City is apartments now: the new buildings along Seventh Street, the units above the Hamilton Street shops, the converted offices near the courthouse. Doors lock behind people constantly. We open apartment doors without damage after confirming lawful possession, and we open cars in the parking decks and on the street, including the ones with the keys sitting on the seat.

Yes. The decks downtown are open to the public, so we drive in like anyone else. Tell us which deck and which level when you call.

With the landlord or management company on board, yes. Most leases require it, and most landlords say yes when the request comes through them. We can give the landlord a copy of the new key if that is the arrangement.
