Truck Locksmith Services

Semi Truck Key Replacement
Automotive Locksmith
Top Rated Nationally, But Local To You
A semi with no key is a load that is not moving. Our mobile locksmith comes to the yard or the truck stop and cuts the key beside the cab. We make keys for Freightliner, Kenworth, Mack, Peterbilt and Hino trucks, and for most other heavy and medium-duty makes. Have the year, make and model ready when you call, so the right blanks are in the van.
Where Can I Get a Semi Truck Key Made?
From a mobile locksmith with truck blanks on board. Most heavy trucks still use a plain metal key, cut by code from the door lock or the ignition in a few minutes. Newer medium-duty trucks may carry a chip key that has to be programmed to the truck, and we go over that on the phone before the drive. Either way the work happens where the truck sits, with no tow and no dealer.

Lost Truck Keys and Fleet Keys
When the last key is gone, we read the lock or pull the key code and cut a fresh one at the truck. For a fleet, ask about keying several trucks alike so one key runs the whole yard, or about rekeying the locks after a driver leaves with a key still on the ring.
A driver can call, and so can a dispatcher or a fleet manager. For a company truck we ask for something that ties the caller to the company, and lawful possession is confirmed as part of the job.
Broken Keys and Worn Ignitions
Truck keys ride on heavy rings and snap more often than car keys. Keep the pieces and we copy the cuts; if the tip is stuck in the ignition, we extract it first. An ignition cylinder that chews up keys can be repaired or replaced at the truck, and a locked cab is opened without damage to the door.
Call (484) 891-1922 with the truck’s year, make and model and where it is parked. You hear our pricing structure and an estimated time of arrival on that call, and a truck is priced on the same pricing structure as a car. The warehouse corridors along Route 22 and I-78 sit inside our area, from Easton to Kutztown, and our service area page lists each town.

Each make below has its own page with models and key types. For a make that is not listed, give us the year and model and we tell you if we can make the key.

Freightliner, Hino, Kenworth, Mack and Peterbilt, plus most other heavy and medium-duty trucks on the road in the Lehigh Valley.
What we’ll ask you
The year and model of the truck, where it is parked, and whether any key still works. With those, pricing and availability for the truck key come back on the same call.
Truck Key Questions
Do you come out to truck stops and distribution centers?
Yes. Loading docks and truck stop lots are everyday stops for the van, and so are fleet yards.
Can you make a semi truck key without the original?
Yes. We cut the key by code or from the lock, and program it if the truck uses a chip key.
Can several trucks be put on one key?
Yes. We can key the ignition and door locks alike across a fleet so one key runs every truck, or set up a master key so each driver’s key opens only that truck.
Do you stand behind the truck keys you make?
Yes. The parts are guaranteed against factory defects and the work against craftsmanship.
