Nobody plans to be locked out. When it happens, call us and we come to where you are, anywhere in the Lehigh Valley, and get you back into your car, house or business.
We open house doors, car doors and trunks with low-impact methods, so in most cases the lock and the door are left as they were.

There is no additional fee for emergencies.
Keys Locked in Your Car or Trunk?
We use tools made for opening vehicles without harming the paint, the glass or the weather seal around the door. Cheap tools and rushed work are what leave a bent door frame or a torn seal, and you may not notice until days later. We treat your vehicle the way we’d want ours treated.

What happens after you call
The worst part of a lockout is not knowing how long you’ll be standing there. So we tell you where we’re coming from and give you an estimated arrival time. Traffic and weather can change it, so we keep it realistic and not optimistic. We travel throughout the Lehigh Valley, between Kutztown and Easton. When we arrive, we open the door and check that the lock still works.

What We Open
Most lockout calls are one of three kinds. Here is what each visit covers.
Cars and trucks
Keys on the seat, in the trunk or in the ignition with the doors locked. We open the vehicle and you drive away. If the key is lost or broken, we can cut and program a replacement car key at the car. More on car lockouts.
Houses and apartments
Front doors, back doors, deadbolts and knob locks. Once you are inside, we can rekey the locks if a key is missing, so the old key stops working. More on house lockouts.
Businesses

Lockout Questions
What should I have ready when I call?
Where you are and what is locked. For a vehicle, the year, make and model help us bring the right tools. On that call we go over our pricing structure and give you an estimated time of arrival.
Is there an extra charge at night or on weekends?
No. There is no additional fee for emergencies, and the price is the same during all hours of operation.
How do you know it is my car or my home?
We confirm lawful possession of the car or property as part of the job, and that step protects every owner we work for.
Will my lock or door be damaged?
In most cases, no. We start with the least invasive method that will work. A few locks can only be opened by drilling, and if yours is one of them we tell you before we start and can install a new lock afterward.
What if the key is lost and not locked inside?
For a car, we can make a new key at the vehicle. For a house or business, we open the door and can rekey the lock so the lost key no longer works.
